| The Blenpex 2012 Challenge |
Marlborough is said to be the ‘gourmet province’ of NZ, so to celebrate the committee of Blenpex 2012 have issued a ‘gourmet challenge.’ The rules are simple: - one frame of 16 pages which can cover any philatelic class - theme must be around fish, meat, beer, fruit, wine, sweets etc or anything fit for human consumption - entry is on the standard Blenpex entry form - it is envisaged the judging will be by a chef, a winemaker and a philatelist; and - there will be prizes! |
| Judges Update |
| Two judging schools have recently been held for those on the national list of judges and apprentices. Particular attention was
paid to the writing of critiques. Just a reminder that Judges from the
national list should be used at all philatelic competitions above club
level. |
