Annual Convention 30 September/1 October 2017

The venue will be the Chilton St James School, 124 Waterloo Rd, Lower Hutt
Saturday 30 September 2017
9:00 – 9:45am Registration, morning tea and President’s welcome
9.45 – Noon Presentations and Displays
Noon – 1:00pm Lunch break
1:00 – 3.00pm Presentations and Displays
3:00 – 3:30pm Afternoon tea
3:30pm Annual General Meeting
From 6:00pm Pre-dinner drinks at the the Woburn Room, Angus Inn.
7:00pm Followed by the Convention dinner. You must book for this with the Society
Sunday 1 October 2017 Collectables Fair Day. Five dealers in attendance.
7:00  –  8:30am dealers set up
8:30 – 10:00am Collectables Fair open to members only
10:00am – 4:00pm Collectables Fair open to the public

Advice

The Society provides advice in the care of postcards, their storage, insurance etc. A free service to private individuals for collection valuations is offered.
