| Bruce Marshall Plate - Hawkes Bay Competition We now have a new competition in the Hawkes Bay. It is a Dalton plate donated by Faith Marshall wife of the late Bruce Marshall who won the plate at some stage. We do not have the details, so if anyone can fill us in on this we would be happy to hear from them. The plate is now encased in a sturdy wooden frame with a suitable plaque. It is to be contested by the Hawkes Bay Philatelic Society and the Hastings Stamp Collectors Club on an annual basis each July. The first will be in Hastings this year. Huttpex 2007 The club has organised a bus to take members to Huttpex. We still have a seat to two and so if anyone wants to be collected on the way then they should contact the society at the above. | ||
