Meetings
Pioneer Room, Wesley Centre, corner Benzie Avenue and Fergusson Drive, UPPER HUTT 3rd Monday February to November, 2nd Monday in December (no meeting in January) at 7:30pm.
 
Programme regularly includes:
general business which is kept to a minimum;
one page competition on a fun basis - topic vary and the winner is decided by popular vote with the years five best entries being awarded the George Robertson Trophy (donated by the son of a past Patron);
items of interest - members display new or unusual items for the benefit of all;
guest speaker.

The Society publishes a monthly newsletter
 
Library
The Society has an extensive library where books may be borrowed by members.

Circuit and Postal Sales
A stamp exchange circuit is run where members can purchase stamps in their own home. From time to time postal sales are held.
 
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are only $18.00 per year if paid by 30 April, $21 otherwise.
