| 9:45 - Noon | Various 'coffee table' chit chat - very informal discussions for those attending to bring along a highlight of their collecting interest or an album to show. |
| Noon - 1:00pm | Lunch at local cafes |
| 1:00 - 1:45pm | Laurence Eagle Tauranga and Districts Postcards |
| 1:45 - 4:00pm | Our other collecting interests a show and tell of what other collecting interests we have. |
| 3:00 - 3:30pm | Afternoon tea |
| 4:00pm | Annual General Meeting |
| 6:30pm | Pre-dinner drinks at the RSA Oak Tree restuarant (12378 Cameron Road) |
| 7:00pm | Convention dinner (buffet) at

| Any members and interested public are most welcome to atend any part of the convention. Contact the Society for further information or for a programme leaflet to be sent out to you. |
