ANNUAL CONVENTION 2008, WANGANUI, SEPTEMBER

The Annual Convention is to be held 12-14 September 2008 will also celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Society..

Venue: Wanganui Racecourse Convention Centre, Purnell St, Wanganui.

Tour of historic sites in Wanganui, visit to a local museum, trip on paddle steamer. You must register for this, especially the paddle steamer trip. Contact Geoff Potts at pottsfamily00@hotmail.com

Saturday 13 September 2008

To take place in the Veandercross Function Room

09:30 - 10:00am	Registration, Morning Tea & Presidents Welcome
10:00 - Noon	Various “Coffee Table” chit chat - very informal discussions for those attending to bring along a highlight of their collecting interest or an album to view.
Noon - 1:00pm	Lunch, available at the venue.
1:00 - 3:00pm	‘Our other collecting interests’ – a show and tell of what other collecting interests we may have.
3:00 - 3:30pm	Afternoon Tea
3:30 - 4:30pm	Annual General Meeting
6:30 - 7:00pm	Pre Dinner Drinks
7:00pm onwards	Convention Dinner (Buffet) with a fun-filled programme planned. You must book for this with the Society
